Most common 'Registration Add Errors':

•    Campus Restriction – You are likely a Main campus student. This course is restricted to students who are registered with Campus Manitoba, Inter-University Services, or St. Boniface College (CUSB). You must pick a different section.

•    Closed Section – This course section is full. You must pick a different section.

•    College Restriction – Course is not available to students in your faculty. This may be just the section OR the whole course.

•    Duplicate CRN – The CRN has been entered twice.

•    Link Error – You are trying to register for a course that has a lecture and a lab, you need to register for both at the same time! Note: check the lecture details for any restrictions on lab sections.

•    Maximum Hours Exceeded – You are trying to register in more than the maximum 18 credit hours.

•    Preq and Test Score Error – You have not completed or enrolled in the prerequisite course. Read the description in the Course Catalog to check the prerequisites, if you have the prerequisite contact an Advisor at (204) 474-6388.

•    Program Restriction – Course is not available to students in your degree program.

•    Repeat Count Exceeds # – You have already taken this course or an equivalent which means you need permission to register. Phone an Advisor at (204) 474-6388.

•    Time Conflict with CRN # – You are trying to take two courses at the same time. You must change one of your courses. The CRNs of the courses in conflict will be displayed.

•    A Faculty Advisor is reviewing your record – There probably isn’t anyone in your record, before making any phone calls try registering for one course at a time, that will usually solve this error.
